For just one day, all tickets, all movies, all formats, all showtimes are just $3. Whether you’re in the mood for a fun movie with your kids or a scary movie with a friend, 2D or 3D, a classic or the newest blockbuster, it’s all $3.
That means there will be no up-charge to see movies in 4DX, IMAX, RPX, and ScreenX. If you’ve wondered what it’s like to watch movies in these formats, this is a great day to see what the hype is about!

AMC Theatres  has $3 tickets on September 3rd too. Nothing official announced that I could find, but you can buy $3 tickets that day.
Alamo Drafthouse has $3 tickets on Sept 3rd too. Excludes speciality screenings though.
