New LEGO sets September 2026: every release with price and pieces

Every new LEGO set available now (September 2026)

LEGO.com added 20 new sets for September, and it is a heavy pop culture month. Star Trek, SpongeBob, Batman Returns, Shrek minifigures and all five 2026 advent calendars landed at once.

Here is the full list, sorted by price. Two sets show as will ship by September 19, the rest are available now.

Coming soon: 17 more sets with official dates

LEGO.com also lists 17 coming soon sets with firm dates. October brings the Christmas wave, Wednesday, the PlayStation and the Executor. January 2027 is all minifigure scale Super Mario.

Rumor watch: Brick Fanatics reports a rumored 6,000 piece Icons set for 2026, and a rumored Harry Potter set for 2027. Those are rumors. The Harry Potter HBO series sets, on the other hand, were announced by LEGO at the Back to Hogwarts showcase, per Brickset.

The 3 sets worth your attention

LEGO PlayStation (72306), $179.99, 1,911 pieces. Revealed this week during Sony's State of Play. LEGO.com lists it as coming soon on October 4, though the press release said October 1, so watch both dates. Open the disc cover and there are two hidden dioramas, Gran Turismo and Ape Escape, per The Brick Fan.

My take on the PlayStation: buy. Console builds like this tend to be gift season favorites, and the hidden dioramas give it more play than a shelf model usually gets.

Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 Bridge (11385), $199.99. The piece count is exactly 1,701, matching the ship's registry number. The Brick Fan's review counts eight minifigures, including Christine Chapel and Leonard Bones McCoy. If you are a Trek fan, buy, this is the detail level you wanted.

Executor Super Star Destroyer (75457), $799.99, 6,130 pieces, October 4. It is the biggest Star Wars release of the fall and the second most viewed set on Brickset this week. My take: wait. At $799.99 nobody needs day one, and Black Friday is 84 days away.

All five 2026 advent calendars are out now

Every 2026 advent calendar went live on September 1. That is early enough to grab one before the usual October scramble.

The Brick Fan reports Walmart already has slight discounts on the new calendars, roughly $10 off, which almost never happens before the holidays. They also spotted Mayor Manor (11383) at $98.00 at Walmart, a savings of $21.99 off the $119.99 LEGO.com price.

The City Yellow Taxi (60487) is $8.48 at Amazon (verified 2026-09-04), 43% off. The Star Wars Snowspeeder (75414) is $39.99 at Amazon (verified 2026-09-04), 27% off $54.99.

One more date for LEGO.com shoppers: September 9 is Insiders Members Day, one day of 2x points on in-house themes like City, Friends, Classic and Ninjago, per The Brick Fan. Some sets are excluded.

One warning before you buy the SpongeBob set

Jay's Brick Blog reports that some Patrick Star minifigures are cracking in the new SpongeBob SquarePants: Bikini Bottom set (11386), the $219.99, 1,794 piece flagship. The flaw affects Patrick's large headpiece.

That is a fan press report, not a LEGO statement. If you buy early, check Patrick when you open the box so you can request a replacement part while the set is fresh.
