Hanna Deen is the founder and editor-in-chief of GoatGoatGoat. Her deal-hunting goes back to 2006, when she started flagging Amazon price mistakes from overseas — calling family in the States to buy them before they sold out. She was a top contributor at the major deal sites for years (Slickdeals, FatWallet, Woot before its comments changed) before pulling her trusted community into a private Facebook group that's grown to nearly ten thousand members by word of mouth. The Price Mistake Queen nickname is community-given. It started appearing under her early Slickdeals posts after a few big catches — a remote-controlled race car listed at $370 selling for $70, that kind of find — and stuck. She runs GoatGoatGoat with her husband: he's the algorithm hunter, she's the editor. The filter is simple — would she buy this for her own garage? If yes, it goes up. If she's reaching for a reason to like it, it doesn't.
